Would you say that MedSpere's EHR can help us get to where we are utilizing standard's based clinical best practices in our physician clinics and for hospital inpatients?

How can it help us with chronic disease management in our physician clinics?

Does anyone know how to insert the "lexicon" problem list into a template? We have succeeded in inserting a taxonomy of ICD-9 problems which are limited to a portion of a list of problems but not the lexicon itself. Your help is appreciated

Problem List - Can it be cleared automatically at discharge, by policy, or with a "button". How?

Maintenance of the Problem List in an InPatient setting is the question here.

We would like to know if the current problem list anc be cleared at discharge by an automated poicess.

Moving the curent problems to "Inactive" at discharge would be the ideal.

The questions are...Is this possible? and What's the trick?
