When prescriptions are entered on the Medications Tab in CPRS and then you navigate to another tab they no longer appear under the medications tab.

The orders are not lost and you can be see them on the orders tab under unsigned orders or actives medications.

With the release of CIS those unsigned orders will stay under the medications tab and be highlighted in blue so CIS will give you the increased functionality you might be looking for.
