Depending on your specific job function within the chart or the order you like to do things in, you can modify the tab that opens first when you select a patient. To do so go up to Tools, select Options from the drop down list and you will get the following pop-up box:

Select the Other Parameters button

Here you can select which tab you want to be your new default when you select your patient, then the next time you login the chart will open to this tab first.
