Just like creating a quick order on the fly for Inpatient Medications the same option exists under the IV fluid section. The user must select the IV fluid option from under the Write Orders list. They can fill out all the details to wish they would like to save for the next time as shown below and then go up to Options Save as a Quick Order. They will then get a pop-up box to name the quick order.
The next time they select IV fluids the quick order will be display at the top of the list on the solutions tab as seen below:
