Please come prepared to discuss how your facility is managing the Risk Assessment process and some of the Success and Challenges that you are facing.

This will be another interactive meeting where we can hand off controls to participants so that we can share both templates and tools in addition to the process supporting the tools so please make sure you have access to your system for the call!

The Behavioral Health Community joined forces together today for our first open community work group call. The goal of today’s call was to share practices, process and tools in use at facilities related to Problem List and Care Planning Management Activities specifically for Behavioral Health Care Providers.  Janet Canterbury from William R. Sharpe, Jr. Hospital in West Virginia shared the workflow and templates that are used to manage the care planning and problem list management process.

The group also identified specific issues and areas challenging their facilities that they would like to discuss addressed on subsequent calls. Specifically, the group expressed an interest in the development of clinical reminders as a topic would be both useful and needed and that could become a project that that group could work collaboratively on after the Problem List and Care Planning Management topic is addressed.

The call was recorded so take a listen and be sure to save the date and join the next call to be held on Monday November 2 at 12:30 PST where workflows and templates from other facilities will be presented.
