Where to advertise for developer with knowledge of OpenVista for custom development project?

My employer may be seeking to hire a developer with knowledge of OpenVista for a short term custom development project.  Where is an appropriate place to advertise for this work?

We've had similar requests in the past, as well as developers interested in advertising their availability.  I've added a Jobs space in the Lounge area.  Please let us know if you have other thoughts, ideas of feedback.
