unworkable download speed

I have been trying to download the OpenVista appliance and the download speed has slowed down to 4kB/sec for the past day! it claims to finish three days from now. Has anybody seen such ridiculously low download speeds? Last time I will suggest CDNetworks!

I just tried downloading the first few MB of the appliance and SourceForge also selected CDNetworks by default, but it said it was going to finish in about an hour.  I'm not sure if the download would have slowed down as the download progressed.  That said, there are a few other US-based mirrors to choose from -- hopefully they aren't all that slow.

Yep, tried a different mirror, Superb Networks and the download progressed at a healthy 800kB/sec and finished rapidly. Should have killed that CDNetwork download hours ago..... Ok, now let's boot up the appliance!
