Unable to upload image to Openvista CIS

For clinical notes, I am unable to upload the image.

steps followed:

create a clinical note->right click-upload image ->add -browse the image (.jpg or .png) ->upload

I am getting the following message "unable to upload the image - please try again later"

note: no error message is displayed, no execptions are caught

same thing happens when trying to add patients photo.

please let me know the reason for this and how to resolve it.

Thanks in advance,

raji

Re: Unable to upload image to Openvista CIS

The imaging system relies on a back-end web server (https/WebDAV).  Please tell us a little more about your environment.  Did you install the server?  Windows or Linux?  Did you setup/configure any of the imaging components?  The more detail the better.

Re: Unable to upload image to Openvista CIS

I've posted an FAQ that should help you troubleshoot the imaging issue: Unable to upload images.  The imaging feature, OpenVista Server, and OpenVista CIS are all open source, so you do not need to be a subscriber to get/use them.
